Lately I've been getting extremly pissed off at everything. I punched 4 holes in the wall and threw bricks at the shed in the backyard, destroying it. Things that normally didn't used to bother me now fill me with a rage that I can't control until after when I let it all out.

I started acting like this when I started weightlifting, which was 6 months ago. Is it the result of testosterone from lifting?

Please see your doctor for medication and a possible referral for counselling to explore these new feelings before it affects your relationships.

If this is truly new behavior, I suggest seeing a psychiatrist for talk therapy and possibly medicaton. Sounds like an issue of your past may be trying to surface. I had some I couldn't remember for most of my life (over 40 years)

no not weightlifting sounds like you need a good anger management course and think before you do....another question would be is are you taking anything to help speed up the muscle build up if so that could be a problem

ok female..hear up. somebody that shouts at you will finally hit you! in case you ought to separate the two personalities and only shop the stable side i might say decide for it...yet on account which you are able to not I say circulate. An abuser is often sorry after he abuses. he's sorry that he abuses till he abuses back..then he's sorry as quickly as extra. those partitions he punches must be your face next time. get removed from him NOW. stable success

IF you are taking steroids, you need to see a doc. They often cause rage and you don't want to hurt someone or yourself. Nor do you need to be in prison for a crime, you are approaching that level of anger, no matter the source, see a doc asap.

take care. If you hit the wrong person or thing, you could have legal trouble as well.
