My Christian brothers, Christ himself said that we are the light of the world (Matther 5:14-16)
With that I call upon the righteous to unite. As a force of the righteous, an Army of God, we fight for the Kingdom of Heaven, beneath the banner of God and for his glory
Many false Christians will tell Jesus wanted peace and love thy neighbor, and some will say that Muslims worship the same God as we do
1. Christ did want peace and he did say love thy neighbor, But when asked of the most important commandment he said it was to honor God (Matthew 22:37-38)
2. To Honor God, you must live by his will
(Exodus 23:24)- Do not worship the gods of these pagan nations or serve them in any way, and never follow their example. INSTEAD, YOU MUST UTTERLY CONQUER THEM AND BREAK DOWN THEIR SHAMEFUL IDOLS
I dont care if you Catholic or Protestant, Baptist or Pentocostal, as a Christian you know that Christ has died for you, and even if that is the only thing we have in common that is enough

It's always quite interesting to me how Christian people who use God or Jesus as a call to arms always use the Old Testament as support for their arguments. Didn't Jesus say he had come to fulfill the law. He spoke of a new way of peace and understanding. When he was defended in the garden and one of his disciples cut off the ear of a Roman guard, Jesus didn't say "Yes! Pick up your sword and fight for the kingdom of heaven!" Nope, he rebuked (gently) his disciple and healed the guard. My daddy used to tell me you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. Think about how you would react if we pagans made a holy call to war against all things Christian. How would you feel if we forced our beliefs on you? Why would you go against the teachings of the savior you claim to follow? Read your Bible again. I read it often as I do the religious texts of many religions. Peace brother and lay aside your instruments of hate for there is a battle for your soul that you are unaware of...And you just might not be following who you think you are. Good journeys and blessings.

however the God of the old testomony additionally ordered his prophets to combat and kill people. Islam is doing in basic terms what the old testomony God advised the Jews to do. Or did he? have been the Jews following custom like the Muslims are doing right this moment? Why have the Jews stopped stoning women people to dying? Why have they stopped offering animal sacrifice to God? Did the classic Jews misunderstood the genuine nature of God? Is God a a loving and being concerned being or is he revengeful? Jesus condemned the Jewish leaders for putting traditions before their God; Jews skipped over the ten commandments given to Moses and practiced traditions extremely. Jesus had an effortless Message; Love God and Love one yet another; if Muslims ought to easily prepare the instructions of Jesus, if Jews could comprehend Jesus by way of fact the Messiah as prophesied in the old testomony, if all Christians ought to truly save on with in the footsteps of the guy they say died for mankind, the international would be switched over right into somewhat heaven. till then, it extremely is effortless to declare that we are all scuffling with God.

Yah, the old testament was the time when God called us to war.
The new testament brought about peace.
The time for Christians to go to war was before the arrival of the Son of God.
That is why the new testament (or the laws that we are now supposed to abide by ) mentions nothing about war.
Christians after the death and resurrection of Christ are supposed to live in peace, understanding, and compassion.
Once again, the time for Christians to go to war is over.

Yes, but you left out the instruction to not judge. When we take it upon ourselves to judge others, we make ourselves as God. You know this is the cardinal sin. I will fight for God in the entirety of His Word and do not need hatred to guide me. I will not crusade against those who are not worshiping Jesus as the Savior, neither will I follow them. Radical religion is self-serving and in no way Glorifies a loving and righteous God. God has not called me to war in His army. You shame the God whose Glory you pervert. Jesus will come and call His army Himself. You are not Jesus and I will not follow you. You pervert the word of God for your own purpose.

Was your question do I fight for God? Yes, and no. I love God, I worship Him. Jesus is my Lord and Savior. I fight for Him by showing His love and kindness to those around me in every way I can, every day.
But no, to the degree that the battle belongs to the Lord. I would die for my beliefs, but I will not "battle" anyone to believe what I believe. God is a God of love and peace. God gave us freewill, and although I choose life, I cannot make anyone else's choice for them. I wish I could, but I can't. I am a prayer warrior though, if that counts!
God Bless.

Jesus said "if my Kingdom was of this world then would my servants fight". He said the weapons of our warfare were not carnal(fleshly). He told peter to put away the sword I would recommend the same unless being used in self defence or defence of others. Even then there s a place to turn the other cheek if possible without allowing victimizers to continue unabated.

to honor God you must live by His will .fair enough but where does it say that it is Gods will that His nature is triune?and where might i find the injunction to legalize what God has made forbidden?such as drinking gambling, prostitution and the like? and then maybe you could show us how to justify under the law that is not supposed to change just how you've come to accept a Bible with 73 books and a bible with 66 books both of them supposedly inspired by God but with many corruptions as the christian bible scholars tell us? your idols are with yourselves.and may you never understand.amin.

Well, the logic behind is not very clear. Can we have a look at the question at the New Testament prespective and not on the Old Testament? The King of Kings and Lord of Lords will Himself battle for us. It is not for us to fight. He will... in His appionted time.
Eph 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Soldiers who follow a perfect leader who's bravery is surpassed by his love for every man that marches with him to battle. I could see the battle lines, lines so straight you could put a laser to every foot and not one be out of place. Our foot steps thundering like a tumultuous sea, every soldier in perfect unison. armor shinning in the light of the sun, every blade so magnificent with no defect. fearless, eyes as black as night, without fear, without regard for their own life. marching forth against the angels and Satan, their eyes stricken with a fear that cannot be defined. faces like that of steel, lifeless before the enemy, calm as though we were at home sitting on the couch watching television. Soldiers of god, Forward behind our king, mighty in battle. I have tasted death, let me taste it again.
All Glroy to the lord most high
All glory to the kings of kings
All glory to our commander
our father
the lord our god Jesus Christ
