Your water may have broke and you are leaking amniotic fluid. I'd call the on call nurse/OB.

Best advice you'll get now is to call your dr. Definately keep your appointment tomorrow, but your doctor is probably going to tell you that it's time to go to the hospital, and you should pack a big bag because you may be in for a long slow labor!
Sorry, you didn't want to hear that, did you?
The wetness is probably your water breaking. Some women have theirs break even weeks before they have the baby, but you ALWAYS want to see a dr. as soon as that happens, just in case.
The aching is normal, your body is going into labor, or preparing to.
Your contractions may be Braxton Hicks contractions, the ones that are usually assosciated with "false labor" but when they last as long as yours, they're often a sign that things are very slowly progressing along.
Again, the best thing to do now is call the doctor. He may tell you that if nothing changes just come in tomorrow, but if X, Y, or Z happens, go to the hospital...don't take any chances now, you've come too far for that...and do whatever the doctor says!
Good luck, and (of course) congratulations!

I believe that is totally normal.. Is this your first? Cus I think the first is more confusing and hard you don't know what to expect. Also I am only 27 weeks and have been having alot of braxton hicks. I would say just try to avoid the hospital til you really think you need to go.. You dont wanna be in there longer or unnecessary if you dont need it. Just watch for closer contractions that last about 5 10 Min's. If its a boy then it may be harder then if it was a girl. I have 2 girls and everyone has theory's on boys and girls being different and I'm going to have a boy this one has been alot diff and more pain.

As a mother of 3 children, this is what it feels like to be in labor. This definitely does not sound like Braxton-Hicks contractions. I'm pretty sure your water has broken and you are in labor. Yes, when I was in labor I had dull cramps that lead to very strong ones. You should be calling your OB/GYN right now.
And, yes, your mucus plug does become dislodged but if your are having liquid dripping down there then it's very probable that your leaking amniotic fluid.
Since you are going to the doctor weekly now and your last appointment was last week, it's possible that your cervix has indeed dialated.

the sore vagina is normal. if you were to go to the hospital with contractions that are 20 min apart they would send you right back home. the usually tell you to some in after they're 5 min apart. Just try laying down and relaxing. Drink plenty of water, take a warm bath. You've still got a long way to go!!!

I am not a doctor, but it sounds like you need one now. This could be the beginning of labor, and at any rate it sounds like you're very uncomfortable. Even if you're not in labor and nothing is wrong, the doc might be able to offer some suggestions for being more comfortable so you can get rest in this home stretch of the pregnancy. Best of luck.

Your water didn't break!!!! It's your mucus plug!!! It's gross I know but your mucus plug can come out 1-2 weeks before labor. Ask your doc tomorrow!
The contractions are probably Braxton-Hicks! They are just like practice contractions! If your cervix isn't dilating then your not in true labor! Sorry sweetie! I know by this point all you want to do is see you baby and not be pregnant!

Sounds like very early labor and baby is low in the pelvis. Try and get some sleep, take a good warm shower and have a glass of milk or water lay down and rest if they continue to get stronger and closer than you may want o go on to the hospital or call or Dr. But if they stay about the same or dwindle rest and see your Dr. in the office tommarow if you have a late appiontment and you feel like somethin gis really going and you want it checked out go in early and have them work you in tell them you think you are in labor.Good Luck and trust in your body you can do this.post your birth story back to us.

sounds to me like you are in labor, especially if you're contractions are getting closer at a consistant basis--the discharge you had earlier may have been the "mucas plug" --i do agree with everyone else contact the doc! he knows your case and you know your own body--you say you are in pain get it checked out! dont take chances with your health or your baby's health. GOOD LUCK AND PLEASE PICK A BEAUTIFUL NAME

i think your water broke. Mine did the exact same thing. It was just dripping and i actually thought i was peeing on myself! But it was my water, and it had been broken for over 24 hours. My son ended up in the nicu because of that. So, call the doctor asap
