They spoil and begin to mold. I don't think you'd like to eat it then.

Oranges keep longer than grapes in the refrigerator. About the most an orange will do is dry up. They are dry and tasteless. Eat them if you want to, they wont hurt you.
The grapes however don't keep very long and will turn dark and start to shrivel up and become raisins. I would toss them.

Yes they do... Fruits ripen at such a point that they become rotten. If they are there for two months and look and feel soft or there are some spores/ molds growing on it, I suggest that it is time to throw your fruits away. Two months is quite a long time in keeping them. The most would be a week or two depending on when you bought the fruit and when it was harvested....

Hmmmmm, if the oranges are soft or have green stuff then time to throw out. The grapes I would advice that you wash them if they are still good - put them in a earth type jar with white sugar to the bottom, grapes then pour your favorite liquor e.g. brandy, whiskey and leave for 3 months. Instant grape liquor.

If the oranges are kinda of so go ahead and toss them out. The grapes should already have mold on them, if not you should not eat them.

Yeah, fruits can expire. You can usually tell if they smell bad or are blue which means they have mold.
