Do you enjoy school? If you don't, your problems could be related to that. I find the more I enjoy my schooling the easier it is for me to get up in the morning. Depression can cause sleeping to be less regenerative, and getting going in the morning more difficult. I know sometimes it takes me hours to get myself into the shower when I'm depressed or dreading the coming day.

Get at least 8 hours of sleep. Set a morning routine up starting with an alarm. I find that the only way I can get up if my alarm clock is set to one of my favorite radio stations. Dont let other people wake you up. Hit the snooze if you have to. Always remember to eat a healthy breakfast even if its just cereal abd juice. I think you might be good to go. If you are a coffee drinker, get a cup of coffee.

My doctor has actually mentioned to me that adolescent's(teenagers) bodies are actually supposed said to be adapted to going to sleep late and waking up late. There are doctors arguing over this, and its a matter beacuse our high scool schedule has changed and we now start at 7:15, kids averaging a wake up time at 5:30. So it may just be how your body is, not a disorder or anything like that, but your bodie's natural rythm. I hope that helps, because im in high school and know how you feel!

Try a sleep disorder clinic. It's possible you stop breathing while you sleep and then the body automatically wakes you up. I know folks that were tested and found out they breathing their breathing stopped 50-90 X a anight, Your body cannot rest like this. Also having your adenoids and tonsils may help the breathing. Do you sleep with your mouth open?
