Mouth...my sinus problems prevent me from breathing through my nose. I think if i were to close my mouth, I'd suffocate myself, lol.

Nose breather... as a matter of a fact when babies are first born up to almost their second month they are actually unable to breathe through their mouths...believe it or not it is a learned process, not breathing, but the technique...lol
