if it's in AVI, you can use PocketDivXEncoder_0.3.60 to shrink it. If not, google the format that it's in, and you will find some programs. NOTE that if you shrink it you will likely lose quality.

You do not care if it can be run during after the shrinking processes right? Some people like to shrink there videos so they can play on disc but if you are looking for a way to shrink it then make it large again after you transport it or upload it I got just the tool for you. Its 100% free its called HJSplit. It should support any file you can split a 568 file down to 568 1 MB files if you want. So this can turn your 568 into 6 files all under 100MB then you can use the same program to combine them into one again.
Of course no quality loss or anything like that will occur. Great program.
It works with almost every type of file for example I have zipped a file then Split it into 4 segments then I combined them again and unzipped the file.

Haha? There is very little way to shrink by THAT much. You are trying to make it less than 20% it's original filesize...
Well, you can try cutting it into separate parts to make each part smaller so it fits.
You can remove clippings of the video.
You can try compressing the audio file if it's separate from the video (if it's embedded then you're screwed on that part).
You can lower the quality of the video.
