you can't heres why and you do the math at home too. A pound of fat is 3600 cals, in order to lose 90 lbs you'd need to reduce 3600x90= 324000 in what 44 days. or five weeks best efforts would give you and this is best effort. 10 to 15 pounds. It's all in the math. You consume (well you don't because you are 90 pounds over) but you should consume about 2000 cal a day, if you lean body weight (just bone muscle water and no adipose (fat) ) say 135 the adjust your calories to 1350 (yes I added a zero) to your lean body weight and then adjust up and down from there ...throw away your scale and go by the way you look in the mirror and the way your clothes fit. Oh and excersise even if you jst walk for am hour you'll be doing your self some good

HI,
1st of all, have yourself a physical by your doctor. You may have a medical problem, like hypothyroidism etc that could be preventing you from losing weight. If all blood work comes back normal, then ask your doc or dietician to recomend a wt loss plan that is right for you and your lifestyle. Good luck! Lea:)

You can't. Make realistic goals and stick to them. Maybe by next Thanksgiving you can lose 90 lbs. Diet and exercise. That is what works.

this is such an ambitious purpose you have set for your self and that i'm very pleased with you. you ought to tie a turkey leg to a stick and set it in front of a treadmill. Your different selection is to observe the television sequence "Roseanne" on DVD. If that doesn't inspire you to drop some pounds, i don't understand what is going to. stable success.

You cannot lose that much by Thanksgiving, you would be sick. A 2lb loss a week is normal.

That is an unrealistic Goal no wonder you keep failing! 2 to 3 pounds a month is healthy. 5 to 10 a month is doable. Any more and you will KILL YOURSELF!!

that is too much weight to lose...healthy weight loss should be 2 to 2.5 a week.... u dont have that much time....be realistic about ur goal.....
