i have the samee problem as you...i hate it it looks like im fat from the waist up and skinny because my legs are thin....i think the only thing that would help is to do situps...and just focus and crunches and pull ups....good luck...i hate my shape

lifting weights, bench press flys push up's when you are lifting try and use lower weight and do more reps this will tone you up and lean you out.

lift weights, reduce calories, build up lower body more to proportion yourself, trust me this will work, good luck!
