I am a Hairdresser. You can use peroxide. Wet a cotton ball and swipe your brows with it. I have the opposite problem, I darken mine and they lighten fast.

Go to a salon. get this. I have natural light brown hair, but look ok as a blonde as well. so i went out to walmart and bought one of those box hair dyes. I had the bright idea of doing my eyebrows. Everything was fine until the goo dripped from my eyebrows into my eyes. You should have seen me running around the house like a chicken with its head cut off. That crap burned. Went to see a doc and he told me i was lucky to not be blind. I went to a salon that does that stuff and they really do look natural.

either use an over-the-counter lightner, or go to your local and least expensive salon and get a licensed cosmetologist to apply it to your eyebrows and included will be a wax to sculpture them

Go to a professional. You can blind yourself with the lightener stuff.
