Go to Sally's and get Tea Tree Oil. It usually comes in a little bottle with a brush.
Shampoo and condition with a moisturizing shampoo and a daily conditioner. Towel dry your hair. Now rub the oil into your scalp. It might feel like it is burning. It can't burn you don't worry. Now let it sit for a couple hours before rinsing it out with warm water... Do this a couple of times a week. You should see almost immediate results.
If this doesn't work and you really have tried all the different dandruff shampoos including T-Gel, and professional salon products then go see your doctor.

i have the same exact problem and it really sucks here is what i use--Neutogena T/GEL Therepeutic shampoo, it says use it a couple times a week but just use it as often as needed,it doesnt get rid of it but it helps i also use Head & Shoulders every single time i wash my hair along with my regular shampoo and conditioner, the t/gel shampoo kinda smells but thats why i use my regular shampoo,
here are some other shampoos i heard were good also by Neutrogena-
T/SAL Therapeutic shampoo also,

Triple Moisture Active Soothing shampoo and conditioner
you can find these at wal-mart or a drugstore they are all for itching and flaking do to dandruff or a condition called psoriasis you have to remember when using dandruff shampoo to always let it set on your head for about 3 minutes or the shampoo will not work. GOOD LUCK!!!

Your problem may be that your diagnosing yourself with dandruff but your issue may be dry scalp or some other skin problem.Dandruff comes from oily hair and dry scalp flakes come from dry skin.If you use a shampoo etc for dandruff and you have dry scalp it will only make it worse.Try if a dry scalp shampoo that is medicated like t-gel works.I know that I have been through this same thing because I thought dandruff is dandruff but theres a difference.

Go to your doctor. Many times they can give you a name of a specialist who can help you or can give you a prescription for shampoo you can't buy over the counter (did you know about this?). If you are really self-concious about seeing a doctor, try those special lice combs sold in drug stores, they take dandruff right out of hair but they are not extremely longlasting. Another thing to do is to try and keep your hair from drying out... avoid tanning salons or dying your hair... that drys out your scalp right away.

Hope I was some help...

Try moisturizing your scalp after you wash your hair with the dandruff shampoo. If moisturizing doesn't help, seek the advise of your doctor.

Try tea tree oil. Also I agree with the person who suggested that you see a doctor.
