Nothing really. Although there are some questions are still unsolved to this day, God does not necessarily have the answers to every question we don't have answers for. That's why "Infinite possibilities" exist. You see :)
We humans determine the answers to our questions

There are too many question I would like to ask God.
I mean, I ask Him anyway, but it doesn't bother me that He doesn't speak to me audibly. He does help me learn and understand things.

I would actually like to tell him a joke and see if he laughed. Then I would know some small measure of either his mercy (at not booing me!) or his sense of humor (by laughing). And I believe both mercy and a sense of humor are required of anyone truly holy.

why were we made? I can come up with theories for man of the common questions concerning God but that one always puzzles me.

If there was actually a god, I would ask "What are you?" probably.
Past that, it would depend on what kind of god it is. Perhaps a follow up question would be, "Why do you have that duck on your head?", if it happened to be a god with a duck on its head.
