Because of jetlag the main thing that gets affected the sleeping time. We are accustomed to a particualr time for sleep and this varies when time difference is there and we find it difficult to adjust our sleeping time.

When you are seated for a very long interval of time in a really cramped place and in same posture, the blood flow to your legs is badly affected. For a very small percentage of people (depending upon their medical condition and stability), this could lead to clotting in the blood, which in turn could lead to real nasty consequences.

it depends what the time difference is.ifs its like eight or nine hours you'll prob sleep all day and be wide awake at night. i live in ireland and just came back from the states and thats what happened me.it can take a while for it to sort itself out too.they say it takes a day for every hour of time difference.but if you just stay awake all day you should get back into it no bother.

You either get tired before normal time or you are awake not at the normal time. It's not fun not being able to sleep when you are 6 time zones away from your home!

It affects your sleep schedule if you are changing time zones. I went to China recently and didn't sleep right the whole time I was there.

It makes you feel very tired and you don't want to do anything. It could take up to a few days before you feel like yourself again.
