You should go on a Low calorie diet. Evaluate the amount of calories that you are eating right now on a daily basis and try and reduce it by 500 Calories maybe a little less. Eat smaller portions of food, and eat slower you will notice that you will consume less food. And try not to eat after 8:00 Because your body will not burn those calories, it will just store them. And Exercises an hour a day. That is the fastest way to lose weight.

I lost 40 lbs eating tuna and water. but that was over a summer.
It's hard on your system, coz that's alot of protein. Double up on your multivitamins and drink milk.

Exercise.Sweat alot.

Drink lots of water and lay off sugar and carbs. Drinking a gallon of water a day will help cleanse your body of a lot of water weight. Also, lay off salt. It makes you retain water.

wear plastic track suite do some laps try doing some swimming then spend somee time in the steam room, make a regular routine of it and it will its all mental.

and special prescription:
at night just eat an apple, a glass of skim milk, smoke cigarrettes, and swim for at least 1.5 kilometers three times a week..

lots of protein dont eat after 6pm lots of water and exercise as much as you can...
