Im sorry to hear about this condittion. But set them aside and talk dont jake around and if they dont believe you then put a tear on or take them to your docter and have him/her tell them

that is hard to say to a loved one . but have them look at your medical and as well let the doctor tell them as well with your concent he can tell them . my opion?
