Elma in USA is by proscription, and in Canada you don't need proscription, when you get the cream apply 45min before the tattoo thick layer, and put plastic over the area and it will penetrate deeper to the layer of the skin and you virtually will not fill pain.

I work in a pharmacy that sells it but I am In Mich,,?,, But If you have a Leader Brand Pharmacy in you area they can probably order it. But its not going to be a Big name Place Like wal greens or rite aid Its probably a small Independent pharmacy. But if not we mail things out Everyday. But I have 5 Tattoos and used Neosporin everytime and it is almost the same thing as Elema cream and if you go to a walmart type store just get Triple antibiotic. Unless of course you have some kind of allergy to something in the triple antibiotic but its the same thing as neosporin. but my email kathydayus@yahoo.com if you need the emela and cant find it.

You need a prescription for it. And I'm not sure but I don't think they make it anymore. Ask your doctor.
