Usually at a bank or foreign exchange converter. But they might not take coins- just large bills.

If all you have are coins, why don't you consider donating them to a good cause. They usually have donation bins in airports.

Yes, you can do it at almost any bank and can do it in EVERY airport with internation flights (or connectors to international flights).
