For some reason, the weight you gain after having kids is the hardest to get rid of. I know several people that have used a plan called Shapeworks and done very well with it. I know of one woman that went from a size 10 to a 6 just one month after having her second child. I lost 95 lbs in 8 months using the plan as well. Here is where I found it on the internet, www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

How much weight? Is it a lot or just a few extra pound here and there.

You're a Mom of THREE. You don't have to be a supermodel anymore. Just eat healthy and lose a few pounds and tone the rest through some regular exercise. There's ton's of easy exercises to do. Go buy a couple of small dumbells for your upper body and walk/jog for the weight loss. Get a subscription to Womens Health or another fitness magazine for diet and exercise tips.

Yes. I went from 145 lbs. to 230 lbs. when I was pregnant with my son. He is a year old and I am down to 160 lbs. I went on a very strict diet. I did not starve myself. It is called the raw food diet. Instead of canned vegis, I steamed fresh ones. That cut down on sodium. I also seasoned my food with fresh garlic and pepper. I cut out red meat and ate mainly fish. That actually limited my fast food choices and I started eating at home and taking my lunch to work. I cut out soda and drank water, low fat milk, juice, and crystal light. I go to Curves three times a week and I try to walk and do yoga. Also, keep in mind that you can eat raw carrots and other vegis till they come out your ears. They won't hurt you. Take a multivitamin because you may lose some iron by not eating red meat. Remember, it took some time to put the weight on which means it will take time to get it off. But it is healthy and I never took any diet pills.
