Never happen, too many denominations. They would nitpick each other to death and self-destruct.

First off, if it were truly Christian, and not just showing the appearance of being Christian, then we'd have to change a lot of the way we're living.
America's far too hedonistic, lazy, divided into classes, races, states, regions, to be any kind of a theocracy. We've far too many religions, non-religions, philosophies to be a theocracy. For crying out loud, we can't even agree to unite to fight Al-Qaeda terrorism. And you bring up this theocracy nonsense?
What's your point, anyway? That United States isn't Christian enough, or that more of us should be the kind of Christian you might think you are? What are YOU? Baptist? Methodist? Church of Christ? Presbyterian, Lutheran, Baptist? And if you're Baptist, are you Southern Baptist, Missionary Baptist, Primitive Baptist, Free Will Baptist, or what? Catholic?
Catholics are Christians too, you know. They worship Christ. So what if they honor the Virgin or the Mother Mary? They still hold Jesus to be God.
So you see how complicated the matter becomes? Why don't you ask something about what happened to ecumenism? If the ecumenism movement failed, how can there be theocracy?
This "theocracy" thing is just a buzz word, with very little meaning attached to it. Just a lot of ignorance, fear, and maybe the impetus to stir up some excrement.

If it were to turn into a theocracy religious politicians would use the Bible as the law, many who didn't believe in Christ would die, and we would enter another dark age. Be careful, it can easily happen with our rights being chipped away right now as they are!

That depends on how brutally honest a theocracy it was.
Check this out...
Because of the whole not coveting and not stealing thing,
and not waging war (murder) unless God specifically tells someone to, a TRULY Christian Theocracy would have to give the American lands back to the Native peoples and live as Christians on lands not their own.
Woah.

What Christian sect are you asking about? Amish, Jehovah's Witness, Catholic, Methodist, Baptist, Seventh Day Adventist, Mormon, Assemblies of God.
Gotta be specific to be a open minded bigot. Wait...there is no such thing as a open minded bigot.

It is hard to say, but it would certainly be a place where I would not care to live. There are so many flavors of Christianity, with so many different ideas, that it could hardly be less contentious than the two-party imbroglio that we have now.

A much more narrow minded, repressive place. If you want to see theocracies in action, look at the Middle East. Enough said.

Our TV would be clean cut ,no profanity like it used to be when in fact we were one nation under God.We would not show personal things on TV like Kotex and Viagra .Nothing provocative .
we could go back the way thing were when we never thought of locking our doors or taking the keys out of our cars .
people didn't worry about drug addicts mugging you or stealing from your home .We never heard of so called gays holding hands in public ,we helped our neighbors like are own family .
We are a Nation under God!
We just need to take it back .!

It would be like Nazi Germany, which was 96% Christian. A few corporations ran everything. And they liked invading countries. Sound familiar? We are headed toward Christo-fascism now. In 20 years, the USA will be the same as if Hitler had won WW2.

Pretty different. It would never happen, since this country was established to guard against such a thing. I know I wouldn't live here if that were the case.

I think it'd be more like Saudi Arabia than like Iran. Not a good thing, in either case.
