I've lost around 18-20lbs in one month, would do this to change weight divisons for wrestling...
how you ask...well..Diet, would only eat lean meats and low fat foods, NO SODA at all, would only drink water or diet soda...and I would take some sort of Thermogenic like Ripped Fuel or Hydroxy Cut...the best Thermo in my opinon since the ephedra ban is xenadrine, just follow the directions, take 30 min before you eat...works like a charm...
on the flip side I've also gained 22lbs in one month by eating my **** off and doing close to ZERO cardio....works both ways..

8 lbs in 2 weeks, stopped walking after that coz i got busy.
all i ate was white chicken meat and i walked 30 minutes a day, research first on how to walk effectively.
but ok here's what i did:
i would walk at 4pm in the afternoon.
do stretches first then walk really fast for 5 minutes, then switch to a comfortable pace for 20 minutes, then fast again for the last 5 minutes.
make sure you have good shoes on and that your last meal was 2 hours ago... and after the walk, wait another 2 hours before eating...

I went on the Atkins diet and lost like 15 pounds in one month. Sadly when I left the diet and went back to how I ate before...I gained 40 pounds! =( =( =( >.<

5 pounds but im not overweight. i had the stomach flu and lost my appetite completely, my stomach was constantly hurting like hell. i didnt eat hardly anthing. btw thats not a good way to loose weight lol. exercise is the key if you want to lose weight!
