Dyslexia is a perception disorder. That perception can be both auditory ( hearing, but not being able to comprehend), and visual (seeing but not being able to comprehend). It can also manifest in the inability to do step processes such as math problems. Dyslexia usually worst ens with stress, or fatigue. The affects can sometimes be lessened with medication. But not always.
Attention Deficit - Hyperactivity is an inability to slow down and concentrate on things for more than a few seconds, or minutes at a time. Usually can be controlled with medication.

dyslexia means that what you see might be processed by your brain as being reversed... easiest way to explain... a b might appear as a p and a d might appear as a q... makes processing what you are reading very tedious and hinders coherent comprehension... not the end of the road though, former Vice President and Governor of New York Nelson A. Rockerfeller was so dyslexic all his life, he had a reader by his side constantly
ADD or ADHD describes a set of behaviors that hamper functionality... disorganization, inability to respond appropriately to authority, procrastination, lots of start up but no follow through, an ability to hyperfocus on something that interests you but a complete inability to focus on boring, mundane tasks... folks like this usually are considered high average to superior in intelligence and creative thinkers... they venture that Ben Franklin would be diagnosable with ADD if he were around today... many actors have been diagnosed with me... and metooalso :)

there's a misconception that only letters are flipped or transposed, but dyslexia is a developmental problem in which the brain does not know how to comprehend or understand syntax, composition, etc. So even words as simple as cat...are difficut...e.g. there are three phonemes in the words cat....C - A - T. ...C makes the "k" sound etc. etc....dyslexics have a problem with understanding those phonetic concepts...and of course other problems...
