She is insecure and has low feelings of self. People are like mirrors. They project back our behaviors as what we see in ourselves. When she puts you down, she is showing her true colors about herself. Putting you down gives her a temporary "high" and she can walk away thinking, "I got her!" She's trying to bring you down to her level. Don't go there! When you love yourself, you find the beauty in others... and there is beauty in everyone. You need to feel some empathy for this girl that sees evil in others.
Okay, so here goes... you need some positive imagery to get you through these times. When she throws an insult your way, picture it as a box with a big bow on it (any color, you choose). With your mind pretend that box is the insult, and she is handing it to you. Now picture yourself gracefully pushing it back toward her as if it was a present you don't want. You are in essence, affirming to yourself that you are not going to take it! Now, in your kindest voice as genuinely as possible say, "I'm sorry you feel that way, I have been complimented on my (eyes, hair) before and I am so proud of them." I had an old acquaintenance stop me in Target once and said, "Wow, you look as awful as I feel" and I said, "I'm sorry you feel that way, I'm having a wonderful day! Buh bye!" Remember Legally Blonde? When she was made fun of because she dressed up and nobody else did? Watch that movie again, and watch her reactions to people putting her down... time and time again. I learned quite a bit about affirming myself from that movie, as silly as it is it has great substance.
Here's another tip... when someone asks you a rude question that you feel is none of their business, just smile politely and ask, "Why do you ask?" It is a kind way of putting it back on them and making them feel embarrassed... it works every time!

She must be very jealous of you! Don't let it bother you though, because most likely she is very insecure and looking to make you feel worse about yourself. Just laugh it off and keep your head up! It will bother her even more for her to see that she isn't getting you down. Just remember that you're a better person than her since you aren't so rude like that and others will think the same way.

She's totally jealous of you and this is her only defense against you. She has the guy she wanted because of you and now she is getting insecure that he might be interested in someone else. Because she is close to you that makes you her biggest target. I think that you should confront her about it. Tell her that you don't feel that she has been very nice to you lately and tell her that it hurts your feelings. If she is a true friend then she will apologize and stop acting that way towards you. If not then I suggest that you find someone new to hang out with.

I don't think it was all that bad for her to say that your eyes look evil. I really don't think that she meant for it to be mean. I think you are over re-acting and being over sensitive. As for the grey hair, that would have bothered me.
