I want to know if you can live without your pancreas, the organ that is used to filtrate the body. I wonder if you can live without having something to help you from dirtying your body.

Your pancreas has nothing to do with 'filtering' anything. It is a major digestive organ, responsible for producing insulin.
Without it, a person would need to take insulin (like a diabetic), perhaps other hormones, and would need to be closely monitored by a doctor for the rest of his/her live. Not having one would decrease your life span (just like diabetes does, if not controlled), but it wouldn't kill you right away.
