Ok here's the deal...I'm 46 single dad of a 12 year old boy. I work alot and don't have time to get out.,..I will not do the internet dating thing cause it costs to get turned down (experience is a teacher).

Do I take a chance on a younger woman...do younger women like older men...and if so at age 46 what should I consider as " younger?"

I am conceited...I admit that....and I would like a conceited woman...one who takes time to take care of themself.

Any suggestions ladys?

I think younger women do like older men. The only prob. is why?! You don't want to get stuck in the father role, and no man wants to be a sugardaddy so, may I ask why you ask should you go for a younger woman? Is it because you are only around younger women or because you have had no success with women your own age or older? As far as suggestions, coffee shops, school events, work. Things you find yourself at everyday. Look for that glance or giggle.

Lots of luck, stacey

well...some women like older men. i have a friend who lived with a guy who was 36 dating an 18 year old. now, i dont know about you, but i think that's a little too young for somebody who's 36. i usually don't think much about age difference but i think sometimes there is a limit. for you, i think 20 years younger is the limit. so a 26 year old. but i would be careful because of your 12 year old boy, so if you can, try to find somebody more your own age. good luck. i wish i could help you more.

Join your son's PTA! lol Seems like everybody is single these days. No glory in staying married, I guess. But what problem do you have with your age or older? My last two relationships were WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY younger than me, but not gonna say by how much! Why do you have to go by age? Go by what things you have in common. And taking care of yourself is not conceited. It's pride. Good kinda pride. And, since you are raising a son, consider him. He is only going to be around a few more years.
