Razor burn happens for lots of reasons. You could be allergic to the soap or cream you use when shaving, or not using any at all could cause razor burn. New razors can also cause irritation (a new blade). If you use an electric razor, try the regular kind, or vise vera. Don't buy cheapie razors, it'll probably only worsten the problem. Disposables are good, get the ones with three or four blades and the pivoting head. Make sure when you shave your skin is moist and covered in enough cream or soap. Gee I didnt know I knew so much about shaving LOL

When you shave you cause irritation. These body parts burn because of this irritation. Hair always itches when it starts to grow in and gets stubbly.

You are shaving too closely.. Use Edge Gel, and a Gillette Mach 3 Razor.. Don't push so hard.. do not use an electric razor.. they shave too closely.. and finally, use a moisturizer after you shave... every time.

The shaving cream you are using is irritating the sensitive skin. Noxema makes a good shaving cream that may not be as irritating.
