When you dont like to eat for being heart broken and hopeless... You see, when our emotions get in the way of our routine. things get off-balance and then your mind is busy dwelling with your painful memories... most likely you dont get to eat well or even forget about it...but thats not healthy. One should get over it after sometime and get back to a better shape.

It's a great way to lose weight.. but is it worth the struggle to loose the weight?
I went through hell after my heartbreak, and I did loose weight fast.. but I felt like $hit, and it was just depressing, it's just not a way to loose weight...go to a different solution without being strung through the ringer.
