Most, but not all head aches are muscular tension. Try a warm compress to the neck and shoulders and then stretch. Of the many types of head aches, there are cluster h/a's, migraine h/a's (predominently, these are suffered more by women than men) and muscular tension h/a's. Others can be caused by simple things such as eye strain. If a head ache persists, you should consider seeking professional medical help. There could be underlying organic causes and contributing factors such as various disease processes that may need addressing.

Before you even take any medicine...Have you tried eatting? Sometimes you eat much and you get the headache but if you ate already and still have pain...Try sleeping that also cause the pain because you didn't have enough sleep. If you wake up and still feel the pain....Take some medicine and if that doesn't work in two hours....I suggest you go see a doctor.
I heard that if you put a watermelon on your forehead, you're pain will go away. lolz try that and tell me if that works!!!~_^

sorry to hear that...I think it might be what's referred to as a "cluster headache".. http://www.clusterheadaches.com/ <---check out this site...it might help...I know from personal experience w/ headaches...tylenol 8 hour (only two 8 hour tabs will gut pain out) ...a few good head scrubbing tempid showers...massaging the back of the neck...preferably w/ some icy hot or other topical analgesic at the base of the skull near the cerebral cortex...not too much computer...get sleep you may have missed...and dont go w/ out eating...also dehydration can cause headaches...good luck..
