I have mixed feelings about getting flowers from my hubby - when we were dating he used to buy me flowers all the time and I thought it was wonderful.
Once we moved in together we a bought a cat called Solly who has a fetish for eating flowers. Any flower that comes into the house has to be put in a Solly proof room, and even then he usually finds a way to get in, break the vase, eat the flowers and then puke them up somewhere gross.
So if Solly was not around, I guess i would still love getting flowers. For some reason though, I still love Solly more!!

I love sending flowers to my girl at work. It just shows that i care and thinking of her. I did it a couple days ago, but she took the afternoon off, so she didn't get them till the next day.

I love fresh flowers when they are given to me as a just because gift, but I'd rather he do something a little more romantic that took a little more thought for holidays and birthdays.

Yeah, but I feel sad when they wilt. I prefer to get something that lasts longer, but flowers are still nice.

I really really do. Especially if the florist delivers them to your house. It just seems so much more official. Even better is getting them delivered to your workplace because then everyone tells you how lucky you are and it makes you feel good.

yeah, got em sunday, my bf came over, sat on my bed, woke me up, and had flowers in his hand. he knew i had a girls nite out sat. it was really sweet. and i coulda also used some hangover cure and a toothbrush but flowers will do :)
