I stop drinking soda and eating late at night, now I'm a change person. Drink lot's of water. And when you see the great results, It will make you work harded.

That's so great!! I think it was the cutting out the soda that helped give you such great results. Soda is wicked stuff. I'm always trying to get people to stop drinking soda, it can pile weight on a person! Even diet soda is not good. Congrats!!
