I want to lose weight, only about 10-15 pounds, but I have having trouble staying on a specific diet. I am in nursing school and the stress up there at times, but I have decided to stop eating beef, because it rots in your stomach for 3-7 days before you expell it and pork because of it's high fat content. So, do you think I can do it? But I don't eat after 7 and have increased my veggie and fruit intake plus trying to add a lot of water. Tell me what u think?

There is nothing wrong with not eating pork, or red meets,In matter of fact white meats are the best for you to eat if your trying to lose weight.Though for best results your white meat should be baked not fried. You should actually eat 10 very small meals a day. not starve yourself after a certain hour.

Good luck. I tried the veggie thing. It lasted a few days. I CRAVED meat ! If it rots in your stomach 3 days, it's because the human animal is made that way. To lose weight, I'd stay away from fried foods, and salt.

Actually, just because the beef rots inside your stomach, doesn't me it will affect your diet directly. You can still eat beef, but if you really want to lose weight, every bite of meat, have four bites of vegetables.

Eliminating pork is a great idea. If you eat pork you are vaccinating yourself against health. Pork eat their own feces, and anything they can. They also have retroviruses in their flesh that cannot be cooked out for any duration or heat. The flu virus originates from the lungs of pigs. ELIMINATE PORK AND SHELLFISH from your diet if you want to be healthy.

I think that is a good decision, red meats are not that good for you anyways. And it will keep you away from extra fats, and I think you can do it once you set your mind to it
