sorry, i should have explain it better, i'm not a US citizen, i do have a green card, i need to get a passport from the chinese embassy, just don't know which one to go to. but i'm thinking chicago,

Are you from China? Not an american citizen? if you are an american citizen you don't need a chinese passport if your going to china. You need a Passport.
You can call your local telephone directory to contact the post office or courthouse in your area. If they're not authorized to issue passports they can direct you to the nearest location.

Have you been drinking all night?
Get your US Passport at the Post Office and then go to the Chinese Consul's office and get your visas.
I am beginning to wonder if going to China is just one of your dreams.

Unless you're chinese, you don't need a chinese passport. How did you get out of the country without one?
