Resist the urge to squeeze! No, really, you'll thank me later.
Instead, use a product with Salicylic Acid, a medication that penetrates pores and kills blackheads. Try Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub.
And, to make extra sure that you're clear by a speacial night, treat your skin to a Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Treatment Mask once or twice a week. Then you'll be able to worry about more important things, like what you're going to wear.

exfoliating a few times a week should get most of them out but i have one of theese really cool blackhead removers which is used in professional skin clinics, its stainless steel and is the most effective way of removing blackheads from the pores. it can help to dislodge blockages and lift them out. The scoop-shaped end is ideal for removing blockages from the sides of the nose and the chin, while the hole is used with a light pressure for larger blackheads.
they are a amazing.

Use a nose strip designed for removing blackheads. Probably best if you soften them up using steam, warm towels, etc first. Will make them easier to remove. Regular cleansing and exfoliation will help to prevent them returning. Good luck.

i watched a tv programme which advised not to squeeze them - as they can get infected. they suggested microdermabrasion (if that's how u spell it!) they showed it on the programme and it looked really effective. not sure what it would cost though.. but then again products for use at home are hardly cheap are they!!
