I think it could be athlete's foot. Or their shoes. Try putting baking soda in their shoes.

If the personal hygeine is good (no fungus, athletes foot), most times the smell can be eliminated by rotating shoes and soaking your feet in regular tea. The tea helps dry out the pores or something like that. Before you put on your socks, sprinkle some powder in them. My daughter's doctor told us to do that and she hasn't had a problem in over 10 yrs now.

Both of my sons feet would stink terribly, then about a month later they would break out with athletes foot. Toss out you old shoes that might be harboring the fungus. If you can't throw them away, wash them in the washing machine with bleach. Bleach all your socks. Soak your feet in water and an anti bacterial soap.
The few times my boys followed this advice, the foot odor went away, and the athletes foot didn't break out.

They could have fungal or bacterial growth. They may need a prescription type cream to correct it. Try putting foot powder in the shoes to absorb excess moisture too. And buy a can of air freshener till you can get to the Dr! :)

Some type of infection going on or improper foot washing (not scrubbing between toes). If it's lack of proper washing, it might be athletes foot, infected toenails, or some other medical condition.

i have stinky feet...and i am a girl. so let me tell you from experience its not bad diet or garlic. in my case i have overactive sweat glands in my feet which causes them to be damp most of the day. damp means bacteria...which causes odor. try using a deodorant on your feet or see a podiatrist who can prescribe medication you can take orally.

Could be something in their diet. Like with bad breath or body odor. As with a diet rich in garlic. It finds it's way into our sweat glands and permiates from our pores.

If its not a fungal infection, think about toxins in your environment and the overprocessed food you eat. Your liver may be overworked.
