I met a woman about 4 months ago at a party and didn't get her number because I was in a relationship. We talked for 45 minutes and her interest level seemed high but I didn't close the deal by getting her number. This weekend I sent her a quick "what's up" e-mail and didn't get a reply. I have her cell but think that would be stockerish and creepy to call her out of the blue.
I've been waiting 2 days now for the email. Does this mean I'm old news? Should I have called? Should I send her an other e-mail?
The bottom line is she's one of my brother's friends who I hit it off with (so I thought).
Would love womans' opinions.

Call her. There could be many reasons for her not checking or answering emails. Continuing to email at this point would be lame. Call.

Go ahead and send her a second e-mail. However she may be in a relationship herself and choose not to answer you. Many people are afraid to open email that they don't recognize the email address.
You could call once and explain. However if she if not interested, she may not pick up. She may feel hurt you didn't call sooner.

Well, either she hasnt checked her email or she isnt interested. I thought you didnt have a number, and how did you get her email? Sounds kinda weird.

Arrange a party and invite her.
If she comes alone...she's single, thats where you should do your thing. If she comes with someone (a guy), you know what it means....
Anyway, by arranging and inviting her to ur party, you wont look that desperate....and...and...if the later proved right, there are lots of other chicks to catch
