Well, I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that you can lose your tummy flab and become more toned. The bad news is that, in order to do this, you must reduce the amount of fat you have all over your body, not just in your stomach. You see, spot reduction, or the ability to lose fat in one specific area, is a myth. However, you can help tone specific regions through exercise.

you've heard it before, I'm sure, 3 to 5 days of cardio with 2 to 3 days weight/resistance training. I really love the ab weights they have at all 3 of the gyms I've been members of, just so long as you're doing some sort of weights on that tummy. They say any place you feel is fat, get it moving, and moving fast. (I have a 6pack so maybe that's qualification to answer)
In addition to that there are two other things to examine--how much alcohol do you drink? Any more than 2/day will go to your belly. And how angry are you? Anger transfers into weight around your middle for some reason. If you're angry, go for a run or something fitness-focused. Not only will it burn calories & zap that tummy, it will also break that stress & anger. Good luck!

Hula hooping is the best way to get rid of it. I do it for 30 minutes a day and got up to 5 at a time after the first month. You can actually buy weighted ones on the net for about 30.00 the heavier it is the more calories you burn and the easier it is to do. dont buy the cheap ones at the dollar store. Walmart and target have a pretty good one for 5 dollars. Try something fun and that you enjoyyed as a kid. If you liked it then youll probably will like it know. I play the benny hill theme song and get down with it. They even have classes on it for people in their 30's+/ good luck.

Exercisen and reduce caloric intake. You can't 'spot reduce' meaning you can't reduce fat in specific areas by doing certain things. You just have to lose weight and let your body take it off where it naturally wants to.
