I like this guy who is really really shy and quiet. So quiet that I only hear half of the things he says when he is talking to me!! He gave me his email yesterday and we email back and forth a little bit. I'm not 100% outgoing, but I speak up and do what I have to do to get what I want.
What should I do? I really wanna be his girlfriend but I don't know how to make that happen without ruining anything that we already have.....
PLEASE HELP!

If he's shy, it is up to you to make a move.
If he is shy and quiet, he already feels uncomfortable and powerless. You already have all the power. How you choose to wield that power will determine the outcome...

ok, how about when chatting bring up dating , his opinions , then ask how would he feel if you two dated get his opinion, mybe that will open the door, looks like you will hve to be the agressor, goodluck

well all you have to do is catch him by his self (so he wont get embarrassed) , give him a hug make him feel comfortable and tell him how you feel. be serious so he wont think it's some kind of sick joke

since he is shy, there is probably a small chance that he will make the first move if he is as shy as you say he is, so i suggest that you go for it.
