I would like to use the virgin mobile logo on my website. I have contacted them and emailed them and they said that they would get back to me. The last reply from them was on 14 september 2006.

Can I use the logo if I say that it Virgin does not endorse in anyway my website?

From the "legal" page of the virginmobile website:http://www.virginmobileusa.com/about/legal.do;jsessionid=FsQJTw6qGVv7my4W7SPykGz8PGK2GnxNfycpn0x3tcPl5mH7CZ2F!1884364611!-839915360!7501!7502

"The "Virgin" name, the Virgin signature logo, the "Virgin Mobile" name and Virgin Mobile logo are registered trademarks of Virgin Enterprises Ltd. and used under license by Virgin Mobile USA, LLC. "

Which means, if you want to use their logo, you need their permission. There is contact information here:

HI there, of course you can use the Virgin Mobile Logo on your site, but just than when Virgin Mobile has approved you as an affiliate. Go to http://www.tradedoubler.com than register your website. Tell TradeDoubler what your site is all about and you can apply at the Virgin Mobile Affiliate Programme. If you get the approval you don't just get their Logo you also get their affiliate banners and other marketing tools as either jpg. or html format. So everybody that is using the link on your site to purchase a Virgin Mobile Product, Virgin will pay you a fee. The approval for using the Logo via TradeDoubler usually takes not longer than five to ten days. Hope that helps. If you need any more help please contact me and I give you some tips on how to setup a TradeDoubler account. It's free by the way...

Best Regards

Ralf

I don't believe it is permissable because the logo is under copyright. The company's legal people would probably object to representation of the brand without explicit written permission because they could be associated with whatever your website does, even if no association exists.

No, it's not advisable. You may get sued by Virgin mobile. Most logos are trademark and copy righted.

nope, no legal way, unless you have permission or are an affiliate. Best way to work around this is just to have a text link.
