Get a padded bra and then you won't have this problem.

i got the same problem as well as many out there...have you ever watch the tv show FRIENDS..well Jeniffer Aniston has the same problem..lol..
Its just sensitive thats all and anything that it touches it usually comes out. As well as cold or in the mood for sex..lol..its true.
Just wear a very padded bra and it wont show. Stick some tolit paper into your bra if you want it works too.

If you could see your nipple through your shirt it usually means that you are cold or exited don't worry it happens to a lot a girls

Could be one of three reasons..
1 you are cold .. the most common reason
2 you are sexually aroused..
3 you have a hole in your shirt
