raise, brother, raise! My son began lifting at age 5. he's now age 15. He has the physique of a bodybuilder, alongside with 15 inch cut up biceps. I easily have been lifting for twenty years. purely solid can come from lifting weights.

lay it on your stomach and do sit-ups with it to strengthen your abdomen. you could use it for weightlifting for your pecs, or your biceps.
