Well first you need to learn how to talk to a lady no matter what age she is. Court her and make her feel like the prettiest woman/girl in the world.

You have to be confident with yourself. Don't go straight up and flirt or ask her out, more girls like kind hearted and confident guys. So go in for little chat and find out what you guys have in common then after some time, start to get more close and flirt and give her time if she needs it. Then if you no shes into you, go for it! But be sensible and don't rush.
