I've looked all over for the answer to this...so if anyone can tell me the answer II would GREATLY appreciate it.

This is (as with all processes) variable.

It may take up to 10 days before enough calcium is visible in the bone matrix to be seen on X-ray

The maturation process and remodeling takes approximately 6 weeks.

It is faster if you are young and have good vascularity and good calcium stores

It is slower if you are a smoker, elderly, with poor calcium stores
