how do u remove the jaws from a shark?

any suggestions?

its not like i'm going to do it or anything, its just my teacher wants me to find out, for extra credit. don't ask why just for the stupid points. i really need to know, plz!

I saw similiar on TV. they just cut them out with a knife.
