I'm having these weird stabbing pains in my middle area chest, stomach, and right lung. Anyone have any clue whats going on?

I've already tried pain releivers (various ones, not at the same time of course e.e)

It depends on your age and whether or not you smoke. If you smoke it could be lower lobe walking pneumonia (even if you don't smoke it could be, but it's likely in smokers).
If your young it could be growing pains (yes these exist).
It could also be fiber myalgia. Look it up, it's a disorder that causes pains in various places around your body.
Or you could have just strained a muscle around your ribcage. You should go to a Doc bc if it's pneumonia you need meds!

Go to a doctor if these pains are troubling you.
Take some pain relief - paracetamol (acetaminophen)

If you smoke alot, than it could be from anxiety, stress and breathing techniques. At night time especially, this may happen.
However I'd see a doctor anyhow. I doubt it's a heart attack.

probably gas or stress, stress can cause alot of muscle tension this can lead to cramping of muscles, the stabbing pains your feeling might be muscles cramping.
