Sadly you don't, she is her own entity, ands as much as you feel you love her/like her, you can never own her soul, and by trying to stop her that is what you are doing. She has to make her own decisions, and unless she asks for your opinion and or thoughts, then she will make her own mind up.
Sadly life is full of these moments and we all go through them, at present my wife is 1,400 miles away, and will eb there until New Years eve, that is something I have to be able to cope with.
I feel for your concern, but life is what it is, sure you can tell her how much you feel for her, but do not try and influence her decision.
You may however point out the consequences of whatever decision she chooses to make, but be honest, the good and the bad, be fair.

you are already in a long distance relationship .. Maybe you need to find out why she is moving over seas.. Maybe then you will be able to answer your own question. But you can not stop her if her mind is made up. Or maybe she is hoping you will make her an offer she can not refuse...

You can't really stop her.You can tell how you feel about it though.Maybe there is a compromise.Tell her what you wrote here on answers.
