I'm always wondering why the house is alreadty done by the time they comes back at the house. All the furnishings are there, freshly painted walls...evrything's in order.

It's TV,,,and is supposed to entertaion its audience.
Consider this however. If a TV show lasts 60 minutes, forgetting commercials, and is TAPED, and shows only "principles" would it be fair to assume that MANY people were involved in the production,,, and not shown on camera in the process?
I could easily take on a challenge to build and entire house in a single DAY, given enough skilled people to complete the job.
