Wait and see if she replies.If not then go and talk to her casually and ask if she got the letter.

I think you should have a friend ask her if she's made her decision yet. (or send her a text message). Make sure you don't come on too strong!

depending on what that letter said, i am just going to say that its safe to assume that she isnt interested. cause if she was she would have replied. sorry
