Wow! A puppy that works from home - that's ambitious. What kind of work does she do and is she well paid? I've had my dog for over 10 years and I can't even get her to mow the lawn. Since she won't get a job, we decided to housebreak her. Here's what we did:

First off, it takes a lot of patience. Don't over-scold her for "going" in the house, that teaches her to associate "going" with you around with punishment, and she'll learn to "hold it" whenever you're around - until she can't and then she has another accident. The key is to take her outside as soon as you get home, without talking to her or praising her at all until she's relieved herself outside. We kept ours on one of those extendable leashes, and I pretty much stayed in the same spot. That way she learned that she can't walk around forever trying to find "the right spot", and getting distracted in the meantime. Eventually she's gotta go. When she does, praise her like crazy and go back inside and give her a treat. They learn pretty quickly this way, but you've gotta be patient - it might take her 30 minutes or more before she eventually "goes". Be patient. Also, definitely crate train your dog. It's the best thing for them. But, while it sounds cruel, don't give her any more room in the crate than she needs to stand up and turn around and lay back down. If she has enough room to "go" in her cage, she will do so, and not learn to "hold it" until you get home.

She is at a very young age and doesn't understand the difference.
Choose a command to teach her to associate with going outside, then when home take her out about every hour repeating the command until she goes. Once she does praise her and give her some play time.
When she goes in the house tell her no and put her in a kennel for about half-hour as punishment then take her out again.

We have a 4 month old puppy that we acquired at 6 weeks. In order to get the message across to her about doing business outside, we used a clicker and clicked when she pottied outside, then rewarded her with a soft treat each time. After a few weeks, she realized that doing it outside got the reward and inside did not.

If you decide to implement clicker training, you'll need to click and reward a few times so she knows what the click signifies... a yummy treat. I also added the "go potty" signal and now our pup will go on command if she has to go. It's very convenient to have this.

Puppies need to potty frequently, after each meal, after a drink, after play time, after waking, basically any time they could be stimulated can bring on the need to go.

You should never need to hit your pup for going in the house, positive reinforcement is the best method. Cages should only be used for crating at nite and when gone, as it's intended to be thier safe haven, NOT for punishment purposes or they will grow to dislike the cage.

OOOOOOOOOOHHHH MAN!!! MY lovely little doggie used to do the same thing. Especially when its raining, she would NOT crap in the rain. Basically you just have to be like a robot. Take your pup out at the same times every day ie, every time you come home, every time she has been sleeping for more than 15 min, every time she has been playing hard for 10-15 min, AND especially AFTER she has eaten. Dont leave food out for her to self feed, feed her the same time every day/ night and take her out, dont bring her back in until she poopies after she eats. get in the routine. dont believe what anyone tells you, it takes at least a year to get the pup to grow into a dog that has been house trained. good luck. peace.

She is a puppy, They have to pee very often. I would recommend Crate training her. Just buy a plastic crate that is just big enough for her to lay down in and when you are not watching her put her in the crate. Dogs do not like to pee where they sleep. It just takes a lot of time.

you might not take her out long enough. and you have to make sure that your puppy knows that being outside is for doing her business, and not just for playing. You just have to make sur that u r patient with her. it'll take her a little time, but she'll get the hang of it eventually.

some dogs take longer to learn than others. our pitbull took a little over a year to be fully house trained.
oh and dont be afraid to smack them when they do something wrong. i know its hard to do but thats how they learn. show the puppy what it is he did wrong and smack it. not too hard but enough to let him know he shouldnt do it anymore. then show him where he should go to the bathroom. it takes some time but the time will come when your puppy no longer goes on the floor.

I heard that it is best to take them out every 10-15 minutes. I know that is impossible on work days but try it on weekends.

Crate training is also good.
