What do you do? There is nothing you can do. They said no, so the conversation is over. No matter what their reasons are, you must abide by the rules they have set for you.

Let me guess, your not allowed a boyfriend until your 16. I think all they mean is that you can't go on a date until whatever age they have set. You can still get together at school and with a group of friends at the mall. They just want you to be safe. Invite him and a few other friends to the movies and tell your parents "It's a friends nite out". I'm sure they will be OK with that.

You parents have a world of experience that you don't yet. If they truely believe you are not ready to handle the pressures of dating, then I would suggest that you talk to them and see if they would let you start by group dating. Or what you can do to see that you are mature enough to cope with dating.

i cant date but i do it anyways..i know that i wont do anything that will harm my future..they just dont want me to get pregnant or hurt and just focus on my education..but i know i can avoid trouble and stay good in school...its just a matter of if u think ur ready..sometimes parents make us do things that we just cant follow...listen to ur heart

I know you don't want to hear this but your parents should know what is best for you.If they don't want you to have a boyfriend you should listen.You have plenty of time for boys.Lots and lots of years.Give it time and have them as friends.Trust me that could be more fun anyways.
