Sit and reach, butterfly, calf-stretch, zipper stretch! Good luck! I hope your team does well! These sites seemed pretty good!

Awww damn - I was going to offer to stretch you :)

So you just need to do the usual stretches for warmup

Head/neck forward-back-ear to shoulder-chin to shoulder

Side stretches

Forward bend - touch the ground

quadriceps stretch - pull your foot up behind you till it touches your butt

calf stretch - step forward on one foot so the back leg is fairly straight and then push your back heel onto the ground to stretch the back of your lower leg

extended lunge position - extend your leg out some more and stretch your hamstrings and inner thighs

seated position stretches
one leg out and one leg in - lean forward and touch your toes
or hurdler's stretch with one leg out and one leg back

groin stretch - seated, bend your knees and put your feet together - push your knees to the floor

push both legs out wide and bend forward to touch one foot - bend in the middle - bend forward and touch the other foot

lower back stretch

fold legs in - one foot over the other thigh and twist your lower back

That should be enough

(my basketball tip - play to have fun and play to win - it's sure fun to win!)
