Is 1horsepower split unit air cond means it has 1horsepower cooling capacity. If not how they get it.?

I have 1 horsepower split unit but the rated capacity is 3.810KW means 5horsepower(INDOOR) .

Heat in in evaporator + heat in in compressor = heat out in condenser

1hp is the size of the compressor in the condenser(outside) unit..
